At GYS, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GYS account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
